Delete your QuranCast account
QuranCast by NEARFOLD. You can request deletion of your QuranCast account and its associated data at any time — from inside the app, or from this page without installing anything.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
- Open the QuranCast app (or the website) and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account in the danger zone and confirm.
The app then guides you through submitting your deletion request with the email tied to your account.
Option 2 — Request deletion from this page
If you can no longer open the app (for example, you uninstalled it), submit the request here with the email address tied to your QuranCast account.
What happens next
- We email you a confirmation right away, then process the request by email.
- Your account, profile, progress and recordings associated with the account are deleted.
- You will receive a final email once deletion is complete.

- Profile and sign-in account
- Learning progress and session history
- Recordings and uploaded videos
- Community posts and interactions
May be retained
- Purchase receipts, where required for tax and fraud prevention
- Records we must keep for legal compliance
After account deletion we may retain certain data for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes, as described in our Terms & Privacy policy.
